People & Finance Systems Developer

Kaluza is the Energy Intelligence Platform that helps energy companies manage complexity in real time. They are seeking a People & Finance Systems Developer to work closely with their People and Finance teams to identify and build AI tools that enhance internal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI workflows - design, develop, and deploy automation using modern LLMs (Anthropic, Gemini) that genuinely transform how our internal teams work
• Connect ecosystems - integrate AI capabilities into the tools our teams use every day (Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace) via APIs and modern integration tooling
• Collaborate with users - partner directly with stakeholders in People and Finance to understand real problems, build prototype solutions, and iterate on feedback
• Champion responsible AI - act as a go-to resource for your colleagues, helping them use AI effectively, safely, and with a clear understanding of data privacy implications
