Mid-Sr. Salesforce Developer

JWay Group, Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Developer who can work independently and deliver high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and in-house developers to design and develop dynamic and secure business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the technical design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications in an Agile environment
• Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform primarily using declarative tools nd custom development as needed to build the application based on client requirements
• Communicate any Salesforce restrictions and platform enhancements to the team
• Develop integration solutions using REST APIs, web services, XML, JSON
• Perform unit testing and implement bug/defect fixes
• Showcase completed features to the development team
• Participate in code reviews
• Interact with other technology teams throughout the application lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering or any related field
• At least 3 years of proven application development experience using the following but not limited to: Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, Salesforce Admin skills (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Groups, Queues), Salesforce Automation Tools, SOQL, SOSL, HTML, CSS, Salesforce DX
• With excellent English communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing integration solutions using Web Service APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON
• Proficient with the use of Data Loader for data conversion
• Proficient with Visual Studio Code IDE
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong unit testing and attention to detail
• Resourceful and creative in coming up with solutions as a result of Salesforce limitations
• Salesforce Experience Cloud/Communities
• Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Mulesoft
• DevOps Experience (Github)
