Salesforce Slack Architect

LTM is seeking a Senior Slack Architect to design and deliver integrations between Slack, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and external platforms. This role will define the architecture, establish secure integration patterns, and build solutions that enhance business workflows in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Slack-based solutions, including custom apps and workflows using Slack APIs
• Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Slack, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and external systems
• Lead end-to-end delivery including solution design, development, testing, and demonstration
• Translate business use cases into Slack-enabled workflows and data interactions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead developers to shape and refine requirements
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security, authentication, and data governance standards
• Produce architecture documentation and recommendations for future scaling
