They are seeking a Director or Senior Director of Organizational Development to shape how the company grows, evolve, and thrive by building talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve Flagship's talent management framework, including performance management, succession planning, career development, talent reviews, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development supported by modern talent technologies and AI-enabled solutions
- Build career pathways and talent mobility programs that strengthen employee growth, retention, and organizational capability
- Build scalable organizational development and change management frameworks, tools, and playbooks
- Partner with senior leaders to lead change initiatives, strengthen leadership capability, and improve organizational effectiveness
- Develop change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies that support successful transformation
- Partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders to deliver clear, engaging communications that support organizational initiatives
- Lead a portfolio of high-impact OD programs from strategy through implementation, using data and analytics to measure success and continuously improve outcomes
- Align stakeholders, priorities, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives
