
Electrical Verification Engineer
The Electronics Verification Engineer is responsible for validating and qualifying electronic hardware from prototype through production. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves hands-on board bring-up and bench testing using lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, etc.), executing validation plans against design requirements, troubleshooting circuit-level failures, performing PCB rework, and capturing/analyzing test data. The engineer writes and maintains test procedures, documents result in clear lab reports, tracks issues to resolution with cross-functional teams, and supports NPI milestones (EVT/DVT/PVT). This is a lab-heavy role that balances structured test execution with real-time debug and root-cause analysis to ensure hardware meets performance, reliability, and quality standards.
Role is: 60% on the lab, handling the lab independently with some guidance + 40% in front of the computer

Degrees Required: Electrical engineering and technology, EET degrees

Must-Have Skills

2+ years of experience in electronics test, validation, or hardware quality engineering (or equivalent) shipping products to consumers experience

Hands on rework skills (soldering-putting out and taking out components)
- Proficient with lab instrumentation: oscilloscope, DMM, function generator, power supplies, electronic loads, LCR meter (plus protocol/debug tools as applicable
