SAP FSM Functional Consultant - Los Angeles, CA(Hybrid)

Key Requirements
10+ years of Business Analyst / Functional Consultant experience
Strong hands-on experience with ClickSoftware (Click)
Expertise in SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM) and/or SAP SSAM
Experience in system transformation and migration projects
Strong skills in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, user stories, and process modeling
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Core Responsibilities
Lead business requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions
Analyze current ClickSoftware processes and design SAP FSM/SSAM solutions
Perform Click-to-SAP FSM/SSAM mapping and gap analysis
Conduct AS-IS vs TO-BE process assessments
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Coordinate with business, SAP architects, and technical teams
Drive UAT, backlog management, and Agile delivery activities
Preferred Skills
Utilities/Energy domain experience
Knowledge of SAP IS-U, SAP PM
Data migration and ETL experience
Integration experience (CPI, MuleSoft, APIs)
Power BI or reporting tools experience
Business Impact
Lead the modernization from ClickSoftware to SAP FSM/SSAM
Improve scheduling, dispatching, and field workforce productivity
Enhance data visibility and reporting
Reduce legacy system dependency and technical debt
