The Academic Services Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Office of Academic Services within the College of Connected Computing (CCC). This role serves as a primary point of contact for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, providing high-quality customer service and coordinating the day-to-day administrative activities that support the student experience.
Working closely with students, faculty, staff, and administrative partners across the College and university, the Coordinator supports student services operations, academic program administration, event coordination, communications, scheduling, and office operations. This position plays an important role in creating an organized, responsive, and student-centered environment that supports student success throughout the academic lifecycle.
The position reports to the Director of Academic Services.
About the Work Unit
The College of Connected Computing is Vanderbilt’s first new college in 40 years and is in the early stages of building its academic and administrative structure. The College advances interdisciplinary research and expands computing education through a “computing for all” approach.
CCC's academic programs serve undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students across a growing portfolio of degree offerings. The Office of Academic Services supports these programs by providing exceptional student services, coordinating academic operations, and ensuring a consistent and welcoming student experience from recruitment through graduation.

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility but may provide guidance to student workers supporting Academic Services operations.
This position reports administratively and functionally to the Director of Academic Services and works closely with faculty, program leadership, and administrative partners across the College and the university.
