We are currently searching for a React FS Developer:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic user-facing features using React.js, ensuring a highly responsive and interactive user experience.
• Build, integrate, and maintain robust backend services and APIs utilizing Java.
• Actively apply strong UI/UX principles to translate design wireframes and concepts into high-quality, functional code.
• Ensure all web applications are built with responsive design methodologies, guaranteeing optimal performance and display across all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Champion web accessibility standards (WCAG, a11y), ensuring that applications are usable and accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
• Optimize application components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software across the entire tech stack.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with React: Proven ability to build complex, state-driven user interfaces.
• Experience with Java: Solid understanding of backend development, object-oriented programming, and API integration using Java.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles: Ability to intuitively understand what makes a good user journey and visual hierarchy.
• Responsive Design Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern CSS, flexbox, grid, and mobile-first design strategies.
• Accessibility Standards: Practical experience implementing web accessibility standards and ensuring compliance.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery and clean code.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering" – building scalable, maintainable, and user-centric systems rather than just writing scripts.

Desired 

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).
• Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
