1. Solution Strategy & Client Solutioning
Support development of domain-led solutions and offerings across BFS (Retail Banking, Payments, Financial Crime, Capital Markets)
Collaborate on client problem statements and translate them into structured solution approaches
Assist in building end-to-end transformation narratives (business + technology)
2. RFP / Deal Support (Core Responsibility)
Own and support end-to-end RFP responses, including:
Solution articulation and domain POV
Response structuring and storytelling
Coordination with SMEs, architects, and delivery teams
Contribute to resourcing strategy and pricing inputs (where required)
Ensure high-quality, differentiated responses aligned with client expectations
3. Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement
Develop and enhance capability decks, pitch materials, and proposals
Support client presentations and pursuits with structured insights and messaging
Help build reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators
4. Thought Leadership & Industry POVs
Create industry point-of-views (POVs) on key BFS trends:
Digital banking
Payments modernization
Financial crime & compliance
Capital markets transformation
5. Events & Market Engagement
Support preparation for industry events, client workshops, and conferences
Develop presentation materials, talking points, and demos
Assist in capturing market insights and competitive intelligence
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
MBA from a reputed institution
4-6 years of experience in:
Management consulting / BFS consulting / pre-sales / strategy roles
Strong understanding of Banking & Financial Services domain
Excellent PowerPoint / Google Slides skills (storytelling, structured thinking, visual design)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Good-to-Have Domain Expertise (any one or more)
Payments (ACH, RTP, SWIFT, ISO 20022, etc.)
Financial Crime (AML, KYC, Fraud)
Capital Markets (Asset servicing, trade lifecycle, etc.)
Tools & Capabilities
Experience with AI tools / GenAI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
Familiarity with proposal tools, research frameworks, and consulting methodologies
Strong analytical and structuring skills
