Allergy & ENT Associates is a healthcare organization seeking an HR Business Partner to align human resources strategies with business objectives. The role involves serving as a strategic advisor to leadership, addressing workforce challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with healthcare leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support clinical and operational goals
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution tailored to healthcare settings
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to meet the specialized staffing needs of healthcare departments
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and process improvements within healthcare facilities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws, accreditation standards, and internal policies through proactive HR practices
- Facilitate training and development programs focused on leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making and improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to design competitive packages that attract and retain healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the United States
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development within healthcare
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare-specific HRIS platforms
- Demonstrated success in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare quality improvement methodologies
