Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy internal tools that make our team 10× more effective, from sourcing agents to research copilots
- Explore the edge of what’s possible with current models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-weight systems) and make them useful in a venture context
- Shape the AI strategy for CRV: what we build, what we buy, and where we experiment next
- This is a unique opportunity to be the first engineer building the backbone of a top VC's internal AI systems. You’ll experiment fast, prototype ambitiously, and spearhead the roadmap for how CRV uses AI across sourcing, diligence, portfolio support, and internal operations
