Launch Day is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their high-impact engineering team. The role involves significant ownership of the core product, including an AI landing page builder and real-time analytics dashboard, with responsibilities ranging from design to customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and ship core product features across the stack
- Own features end-to-end: from database schema to UI pixels
- Improve page builder performance and AI content generation quality
- Build and optimize real-time analytics and data pipelines
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Mentor junior engineers as the team grows
- Talk to customers weekly to understand pain points and validate solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Solid backend experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL (or similar)
- Experience building and shipping B2B or B2C SaaS products
- Comfortable with infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, or similar)
- Strong opinions about DX, testing, and code quality — loosely held
- Excellent written communication (we're async-first and remote)
- Experience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Background in email delivery systems (sending infrastructure, deliverability)
- Familiarity with real-time data systems (WebSockets, streaming)
- Previous startup experience (founder, early employee, or indie hacker)
- Open-source contributions
