Oracle is a company leading the way in AI and cloud solutions that impact billions of lives. The role involves being a leading contributor in improving PSR aspects within Database performance, defining and developing software applications, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Enterprise software suites
- Extensive knowledge of DB and SQL, Transaction/locking concepts, schema design, performance monitoring and tuning, and ability to write/maintain sql/plsql code
- Knowledge of Oracle Database administration and architecture
- Strong Architectural concepts around Cloud Computing and base software Development
- Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, good and clean code practices, security/performance‑by‑design practices, debugging discipline
- Experience with load testing tools, profiling tools and regression testing, observability (logging/metrics/tracing)
- Ability to lead design reviews, evaluating new technologies, estimating and managing small projects, and mentoring teams
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
- Knowledge and know-how in latest AI advents is a big plus as AI based tools development is in the pipeline
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering or related experience
- Knowledge of Enterprise software suites
- Extensive knowledge of DB and SQL, Transaction/locking concepts, schema design, performance monitoring and tuning, and ability to write/maintain sql/plsql code
- Knowledge of Oracle Database administration and architecture
- Strong Architectural concepts around Cloud Computing and base software Development
- Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, good and clean code practices, security/performance‑by‑design practices, debugging discipline
- Experience with load testing tools, profiling tools and regression testing, observability (logging/metrics/tracing)

- MS or BS in Engineering or computer Science
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
- Knowledge and know-how in latest AI advents is a big plus as AI based tools development is in the pipeline
