As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle for Rose, focusing on enhancing healthcare access through automation tools while collaborating with various clinical and operational teams.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain and prioritize use cases, features, and enhancement requests, balancing clinical impact, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness
- Own the project plan for Rose use cases from requirements through deployment, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
- Ensure timely and clear communication of priorities and activities to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, surface improvement opportunities, and inform the roadmap
- Conduct regular call audits to ensure clinical accuracy, HIPAA compliance, appropriate tone, and adherence to approved scripts and conversation flows in partnership with clinical subject matter experts
- Ensure all use cases comply with applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, URAC, DiME, and state-specific requirements
- Facilitate regular program reviews with senior leadership, providing status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations
- Build strong relationships across the organization to drive adoption and gather continuous feedback
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Experience standing up a complex product, shepherding it from development to implementation, and maintaining product integrity through its lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into roadmap decisions
- Proficient with coding languages like Python and SQL, with the ability to query data, review scripts, and collaborate effectively with data and engineering teams
- Proven ability to execute in real time when plans go sideways: calm under pressure, quick to adjust, and accountable for outcomes regardless of cause
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Background that demonstrates iteration as a discipline: refining the same work over multiple cycles (seasons, cohorts, program years, product releases) and treating repetition as a tool for improvement
- History of applying the qualifications from the previous section in a clinical setting
- Experience building, deploying, or managing conversational AI, voice AI, or LLM-powered products, ideally in a regulated industry
- Familiarity with AWS-based development tools and Atlassian-based (Jira and Confluence) productivity tools
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and frameworks, including HIPAA, CMS, and state-level compliance requirements
- Experience in environments where decisions must be documented and defensible to outside scrutiny: audits, accreditation reviews, peer review, oversight bodies, or board-level reporting
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, particularly in areas like care management, quality measurement (HEDIS/Stars), or call center operations
- Background working closely with data science and ML engineering teams on model performance, evaluation, and iteration
- Experience with agile delivery frameworks in a healthcare setting
