TreviPay is a company that specializes in global B2B payments and invoicing solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire new enterprise clients, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with C-level decision-makers to drive complex B2B payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and close new enterprise-level opportunities within a defined territory
- Drive net-new logo acquisition through proactive outbound efforts (cold outreach, events, networking)
- Lead complex sales cycles (6–12 months), partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to win deals
- Engage C-level decision-makers, building business cases and aligning solutions to strategic priorities
- Develop and execute territory plans to build and maintain a strong pipeline
- Navigate and influence large buying groups, including finance, operations, IT, and procurement
- Negotiate and execute contracts to successful close
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (solution-based selling)
- Proven success closing complex, long-cycle deals
- Experience selling financial, payments, or SaaS solutions
- Strong ability to influence and sell to C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
- Experience in B2B payments, invoicing, financial or fintech required
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluent in Spanish and English (highly preferred but not required)
