Senior/Staff Software Engineer

The Senior/Staff Software Engineer will architect and implement scalable features while driving technical decision-making and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable full-stack features across both frontend and backend systems
• Write production-quality code in TypeScript and Go, contributing to both client-facing interfaces and server-side services
• Drive technical decision-making, including system design, code standards, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and security teams to deliver high-impact features
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and scalability challenges
• Mentor and support fellow engineers, contributing to a strong engineering culture
• Participate in code reviews and uphold a high bar for code quality and maintainability

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript for frontend and/or full-stack development
• Hands-on experience with Go for backend services and APIs
• Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable systems in a production environment
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience working on security, identity, or access management products
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable distributed systems and architecture
• Familiarity with customer-facing product development that balances performance, user experience, and maintainability
