Responsibilities:
- Facilitate demand intake, conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, and document business needs
- Break down demands into epics and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
- Translate business processes into functional requirements, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices
- Maintain and refine the story backlog; ensure stories are ready for sprint planning
- Collaborate with architects and developers on feasibility, scope, solution design, and reuse opportunities
- Map current‑state and future‑state process flows and identify workflow optimization or automation opportunities
- Support configuration decisions related to forms, fields, workflows, UI policies, and business rules while ensuring alignment with platform governance and best practices
- Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business and process owners; document decisions, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and external partners
- Coordinate testing activities, create test cases tied to user stories, and support UAT planning and execution
- Validate delivered functionality meets acceptance criteria prior to deployment
- Document functional specifications, process flows, release notes, and training materials
- Support change management, feature enablement, and platform adoption activities
- Engage with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third‑party partners to resolve questions and clarify requirements
- Track and report progress, risks, issues, and backlog health
