Business Analyst Intern

Presto is a Voice AI company serving restaurant drive-thrus with real-world AI systems. The Business Analyst Intern will analyze customer interactions and operational data, identify trends and issues, and provide structured insights to improve customer experience, product performance, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Listen to and review drive-thru orders handled by our AI system
• Analyze interactions between customers, staff, and the AI
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in ordering behavior
• Surface moments of friction, confusion, and success
• Evaluate upsell performance and customer response
• Document structured insights for product and operations teams
• Flag urgent issues in real time when needed
• Conduct in-store observations at restaurant locations depending on business needs and location
