Founding Senior Engineer (Hybrid + Equity)

WingRep is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup redefining how sales teams level up. They are seeking a Senior Founding Engineer to build the core systems for their AI-powered platform, focusing on backend systems, APIs, and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and scale core systems across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
• Build APIs and async workflows that power personalized insights, analytics, and real-time user experiences
• Own technical direction — making architectural decisions that will shape the next 3–5 years of WingRep
• Work closely with product and design to ship high-quality features quickly
• Collaborate on AI-powered features like intelligent recommendations, summarization, and coaching experiences
• Drive best practices for speed, reliability, and code quality across the team
