Senior Manager, Information Security Engineering

Zscaler accelerates digital transformation to ensure our customers can be more agile, efficient, resilient, and secure. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Engineering to guide technology investments and lead a high-performing team in the Enterprise Security department.

Responsibilities:

• Drive maturity across Insider Risk, Data Protection/DLP, AI Security, and Federal Security
• Lead a high-performing team of analysts and engineers
• Drive a strategy for future programs and security investments
• Work cross functionally with other teams across security and Zscaler
• Develop threat scenarios and associated risks

Requirements:

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years of management experience
• Experience running functional programs and developing and configuring security controls
• Familiarity with security frameworks, including NIST, Fedramp, and CMMC
• U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
• Hands-on technical experience with Zscaler tools related to Insider Risk, Data Protection/DLP, AI Security, and Federal Security
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions from a security perspective
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
