About this role
ConceptEngines.ai focuses on transforming organizational performance by deeply integrating AI into core business architecture. They are seeking a Software Engineer to build and maintain systems that embed AI-driven organizational intelligence into client infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing back-end services and APIs
- Developing scalable software components
- Integrating automation logic aligned with business workflows
- Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to translate process designs into robust technical solutions
- Perform code reviews
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance
- Troubleshooting issues
- Optimizing existing services
- Contributing to technical documentation and implementation standards
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including core concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and systems design
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern software engineering practices (testing, version control, CI/CD)
- Comfort working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) to deliver scalable, reliable applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and navigate ambiguous requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with AI/ML integration, automation workflows, or enterprise systems is a plus
