Senior Project Manager

Hasbro is a company dedicated to entertaining and connecting generations of fans through storytelling and play. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure clarity, momentum, and accountability across product, engineering, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Own timelines, milestones, and dependencies across product and engineering workstreams
• Translate product strategy into clear execution plans and operating rhythms
• Surface risks early and drive resolution before they become problems
• Run weekly planning, standups, and cross-team syncs with purpose and follow-through
• Maintain a single, trusted view of project status, priorities, and decisions
• Ensure documentation, decisions, and next steps are captured and accessible
• Track and support external relationships (partners, licensors, vendors)
• Help manage licensing and partnership workflows alongside legal and business leads
• Follow up on commitments and ensure nothing drops between teams
• Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and tradeoffs
• Help leadership stay focused on decisions rather than chasing execution
• Act as an early warning system when scope, timelines, or resources are misaligned

Requirements:

• 4-7 years in project management, program management, operations, or similar roles
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
• Comfort operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong systems thinker - can hold many threads at once
• Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical partners
• Highly organized, diligent, and relentless about follow-through
• Able to drive momentum without formal authority
