They are seeking a motivated Business Sales Associate to handle inbound inquiries and convert them into long-term clients, playing a key role in driving company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and web leads
- Qualify prospective businesses and identify their marketing and lead generation needs
- Educate prospects on ResultCalls’ services, pricing, and value proposition
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to convert inbound leads into active accounts
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documentation
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
