Responsibilities:
- Build trust quickly by responding to inbound enquiries with speed, professionalism, and confidence
- Qualify prospects and guide them through the buying journey using a consultative sales approach
- Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship building
- Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and clear next steps
- Own your numbers by tracking pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and sales activity
- Maintain exceptional CRM discipline using HubSpot
- Work closely with the leadership and sales team to continually improve the customer experience
- Become a trusted ambassador for Neuronic's mission and technology
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years' experience in medical, wellness, health technology, or consultative sales
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clinicians and consumers alike
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Confidence using data, pipeline metrics, and reporting to improve your own performance
- A growth mindset and desire to continuously learn
