Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, text, and virtual meetings
- Respond to inquiries from individuals requesting information about available benefit options
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments
- Answer general questions and guide clients through the next steps in the process
- Assist clients with completing basic online forms and required information
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Send reminders and follow-up communications as needed
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently in a remote environment
