Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Utility is an end-to-end mobile app and digital platform agency, focused on designing and engineering innovative technology. The Technical Project Manager will drive agile product design and development, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across project areas while managing project scopes and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Driving agile product design & development and guiding the overall creation and release of nascent end-to-end digital products
• Owning communication and collaboration for various project areas: design members, engineering teams, marketing partners, and product leadership
• Work with the Product team to create, guide, and communicate project plans and business goals to ensure alignment and drive convergent implementation
• Manage the project scopes and deadlines, overseeing a sustainable workflow for your team while keeping focus on the key client objectives
• Alongside leadership, help establish scopes of work and document detailed requirements, ensuring the accuracy of all project deliverables against approved requirements and scope
• Engage directly with clients and manage account details, project scopes, and relationships

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience implementing and launching user-centric software application solutions
• End-to-end software development lifecycle experience across multiple digital platforms
• A firm grip on agile project management methodologies
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients
• Strong PM organizational skills
