JDE CNC- JD Edwards Consultant(100% Remote)

POSITION OVERVIEW

• The team is seeking an expert Oracle JDE Technical Architect to oversee the environment architecture and stability of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems. The mission focuses on ensuring high availability, system reliability, and flawless configuration management across multiple environments. This role supports critical system upgrades, deployments, and regular maintenance procedures.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
• Manage CNC architecture components including Enterprise Server, HTML Server, AIS Server, and Deployment Server.
• Perform package builds, deployments, and promotions across environments.
• Handle ESU installations, Tools Releases, and Application upgrades.
• Configure and maintain security, user roles, and environment settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot CNC-related issues (performance, connectivity, security, and job failures).
• Manage server configurations (WebLogic / WebSphere / OHS) and support backup/recovery planning.
• Work on JDE Orchestrator, AIS, and integrations with external systems.
• Automate routine CNC tasks using scripts and tools while maintaining system runbooks and SOPs.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is a seasoned JDE CNC Expert with over a decade of deep technical hands-on experience setting up and managing complex environments. They possess a proactive approach to performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system automation. A background working within Enterprise Grade 8 equivalent environments with strong communicative alignment across technical and functional teams is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-level JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
• Manage core CNC architecture components, including Enterprise, HTML, AIS, and Deployment Servers.
• Execute package builds, system deployments, environment promotions, and ESU/Tools updates.
• Monitor system health, tune configurations, and troubleshoot performance, connectivity, or job failures.
