Program Manager Boston - MA - Massachusetts

Role Summary:

Accountable for end-to-end AVaaS delivery including transition, operations, governance, and Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead global AVaaS program delivery (design transition steady state)

Own SLA performance, service quality, and financial management

Drive transition planning, risk management, and vendor coordination

Interface with Organization leadership for governance, reporting, and escalations

Ensure alignment with AV standards, security, and compliance

Manage OEMvendor ecosystem & transition risks

Oversee event, studio, and VIP support delivery

Key Skills:

Managed services AVaaS delivery at enterprise scale

Multi-vendor coordination across global sites

SLAKPI management and service optimization

Executive stakeholder communication (VIP environments)

Certifications (Preferred):

PMP PRINCE2

ITIL Foundation Intermediate

Education:

Bachelor s in Engineering IT Business

MBA (preferred)
