Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance Analyst to support security governance, risk management, compliance, and audit initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, security controls, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
Experience with Information Security Governance, IT Audits, Risk Management, and Control Assessments.
Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, and IRS Publication 1075.
Experience managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms).
Experience with audit evidence collection, compliance documentation, and security control implementation.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting IRS, SSA, or OSA audits and compliance responses.
Industry certifications such as CISA, CGRC, CISSP, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent.
