About this role
Role Overview
Provides telephonic services to assist Clients’ employees in navigating healthcare and wellness programs
Assists in reducing stress and saving time and cost for clients
Solves complex or difficult benefit and/or claim issues
Escalates issues when necessary to Claims, Eligibility Supervisors, and Client Managers
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum three years of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience
Demonstrated experience with managing client advocacy cases
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands
Possess excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week in a call center environment
