Junior Business Development Executive | Human Capital Management (HCM)

Martin Grant Associates, Inc. is a high-growth Human Capital Management and payroll solutions provider seeking a Junior Business Development Executive. In this role, you will learn and execute a consultative sales process while developing new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute a consultative sales process focused on payroll, HR, compliance, and Human Capital Management solutions
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic business development
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers while learning how to identify workforce challenges and recommend solutions
• Partner with experienced sales professionals, implementation teams, and client service specialists throughout the sales process
• Develop the skills needed to confidently manage the sales cycle while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development
