Digital Transformation Project Manager

HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager. This role focuses on designing and delivering a scalable enterprise learning architecture that enhances leadership capabilities through AI and measurable behavioral change.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize Leader Personas and Behaviours
• Develop adaptive AI leadership personas aligned to workforce planning priorities and leadership segments
• Ensure personas reflect how work is performed in real business environments
• Create scalable models that can be expanded without significant redesign
• Define Learning-to-Work Architecture
• Design an integrated framework linking:
• Leadership skills
• Behavioural expectations
• Learning experiences
• Workflow use cases
• Executive reinforcement
• Measurement and outcomes
• Align the architecture with Workday Learn, Microsoft Teams, and Rockwell Automation's Talent Ecosystem
• Build a Workflow-Anchored Learning Model
• Partner with Success Enablement teams and targeted business groups to identify key workflow use cases
• Define behaviours and skills required for success within those workflows
• Translate requirements into learning pathways that leadership development teams can operationalize and scale
• Create Repeatable Learning Pathway Templates
• Develop standardized learning pathway templates that include:
• AI leadership skills
• Critical behaviours
• Learning activities
• Workflow application opportunities
• Manager reinforcement practices
• Measurement checkpoints
• Focus on architecture, mapping, and curation rather than content development
• Develop a Measurement Framework
• Design a practical measurement model focused on:
• AI skill adoption
• Leadership behaviour change
• Workplace application
• Business impact
• Partner with Talent Analytics and Leadership Development teams to align with existing measurement approaches
• Reduce reliance on course completion and participation metrics
• Validate and Scale
• Collaborate with AI Council, IT/Success Enablement, Leadership Development teams, and business leaders to validate outputs
• Refine framework components based on stakeholder feedback
• Establish a roadmap for enterprise-wide scalability and adoption

Requirements:

• Experience designing enterprise learning systems that drive measurable behaviour change
• Background supporting large-scale organizational transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to connect learning strategies to real-world workflows and business outcomes
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience

• Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, preferably involving digital, AI, or organizational change
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across HR, IT, business functions, analytics teams, and executive stakeholders without formal authority
