Pfizer is scaling CoCo, their first AI-native marketing product, from pilot to enterprise adoption. The Marketing AI Product Specialist for CoCo will act as a critical link between Commercial Business Units and Pfizer’s AI Accelerator, supporting the adoption and impact of AI tools in marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Learn & support the full lifecycle of bringing an AI capability to market — from requirement-gathering through adoption to productivity, leading a new product to brands across commercial
- Develop a working fluency in AI-native work, understanding not just what tools do, but how to integrate them into the cycle of field and marketing and what to evaluate as a business owner to launch AI workstreams
- Shape how commercial teams engage with AI, taking this early opportunity to influence culture and ways of working in the era of AI
- Grow your influence across functions by operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and change management, bringing your subject matter expertise and gaining new cross-functional skills
- Routinely engage with BU champions to gather and prioritize feedback
- Plans and runs Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) to ensure solutions meet real‑world commercial needs, accountable for feedback consolidation
- Translate/support specialized requirements, KPIs, and use cases
- Collect, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from end users and stakeholders in relevant BU
- Act as a trusted advisor to accelerate adoption, impact, and continuous improvement of AI‑enabled commercial capabilities
- Deep Business Unit knowledge and functional details (e.g. Analytics, Media, Digital) to ensure detailed requirements for BU-specific functionality
Requirements:
- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience
- Strong experience with marketing, analytics, AI fluency, product management, and/or commercial technology tools (in line with SME day to day work)
- Demonstrated interest in AI‑enabled solutions and their application in marketing and fieldforce effectiveness
- Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance
- Master's degree with at least 7+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience, OR a MD with 4+ years of experience
