Product Manager - Provider Platforms

Tekgence Inc is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Product Owner with deep expertise in the healthcare provider domain. The role involves leading next-generation digital product initiatives across various areas such as Provider Operations and Claims, while partnering closely with multiple stakeholders to build scalable and AI-enabled provider platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Drive modernization of provider lifecycle capabilities including: Provider onboarding, Credentialing & recredentialing, Provider data management
• Contracting & fee schedules, Network creation and hierarchy management, TIN/NPI relationships, Affiliation and participation management, Directory accuracy and compliance, Claims integration and adjudication touchpoints, Member-provider interaction workflows

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in the healthcare provider domain
• Strong provider business knowledge
• Exceptional product management capabilities
• Data fluency
• Process thinking
• Advanced usage of AI tools for rapid ideation, prototyping, workflow visualization, and product design acceleration
• Ability to partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders
• Experience in building scalable, event-driven, observable, and AI-enabled provider platforms
