IT Project Manager - US Remote

Zarego is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team. This role involves leading cross-functional efforts to deliver high-impact software solutions while acting as a bridge between US-based stakeholders and engineering teams in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while balancing the demands of multiple projects
• Act as the main bridge between Latin American development teams and US clients
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain momentum
• Monitor project budgets and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Promote and refine Agile best practices within the organization

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects from inception to delivery
• Startup Experience: Essential background working in fast-paced startup environments, managing rapid growth and evolving priorities
• Multi-project Mastery: Proven track record of overseeing multiple simultaneous projects and keeping them on track
• Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and technical concepts
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead distributed teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers
• Tooling Proficiency: Expert-level use of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 - C2) is a must
• Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in one of the following cities: New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Houston
• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), etc
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field
