Videojet Technologies is a global leader in coding, marking, and printing solutions, and they are seeking a Project Manager for their North America Commercial Team. The role involves managing complex projects from pre-sales to customer acceptance, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales on pre-sales opportunities requiring advanced technical solutions
- Manage projects from opportunity engagement through installation and customer acceptance
- Maintain project and opportunity data in Salesforce, including funnel stage progression and reporting
- Build and manage project schedules, milestones, dashboards, and execution plans
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Application Engineering, Service, Operations, and external partners
- Ensure solutions meet customer requirements, safety expectations, and Videojet quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering, applications, or a related customer-facing technical role
- Experience supporting commercial, sales-driven, or customer-facing organizations
- Manufacturing, production environment, engineered-to-order, marking/coding, packaging, automation, or industrial equipment exposure
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system architectures
- Salesforce/SFDC experience, including funnel management, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
