Philips is a health technology company committed to improving healthcare access globally. They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee customer projects, ensuring alignment of objectives and deliverables while acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering closely with technical and clinical resources to deliver successful customer projects from planning through implementation. Ensuring project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations remain aligned while proactively contributing recommendations to improve project outcomes and execution
- Owning and manages assigned project activities throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery. Utilizing sound judgment within established processes to maintain compliance, resolve challenges, and support overall project performance
- Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, providing both technical and operational support. Resolving moderately complex issues, managing customer communications, and helping maintain a positive customer experience through implementation and ongoing project activities
- Supporting project governance by monitoring performance metrics, identifying risks, documenting issues, and managing change requests. Partners with project leadership to develop mitigation strategies, drive continuous improvement, and minimize impacts to project schedules, budgets, and customer commitments
Requirements:
- You've acquired experience through internships, academic projects, or early-career roles in project management
- A clear understanding of project management
- The ability to work cross functionally and influence others without authority
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or an equivalent field of study
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
- You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal and exhibit dynamic presentations skills
- Experience within the healthcare or med device field is preferred
- PMP/PMI/ACP certification is a plus
