As Product Manager for the Personalization & Audience Platform, you will own the evolution of the Customer Data Platform to enable marketers to deliver targeted, data-driven campaigns at a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Live Nation’s CDP, driving scalable, data-driven audience activation across global marketing teams
- Serve as the subject-matter expert and admin for the CDP, enabling marketers to create and activate effective audiences while driving adoption through improved processes, tooling, and documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and vendors to define product requirements, user stories, and workflows; translate business needs into prioritized enhancements that improve audience targeting and campaign execution
- Leverage a strong understanding of data systems to unlock new audience capabilities, partnering with data teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data flows from Databricks into the CDP and downstream platforms
- Expand activation capabilities by launching and scaling new channels and use cases (e.g., paid media), enabling marketers to reach audiences across a growing ecosystem of platforms
- Define and track key success metrics (e.g., adoption, activation volume, campaign lift) to measure CDP performance, inform prioritization, and drive continuous improvement in audience activation and business impact
Requirements:
- 2+ years of product management, analytics, or marketing technology experience
- Experience with CDPs (Hightouch, Lytics, Rudderstack, etc.) required
- Strong SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to translate complex data systems into simple, actionable marketing capabilities
- Strong stakeholder influence across technical and non-technical teams
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on with tools and data
- Bias toward action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex, non-linear problems
- Passion for leveraging data to drive customer engagement and business impact
- Familiarity with Databricks or modern data stacks
