The Project Manager, Clinical Strategy supports improving access to trusted, affordable and personalized behavioral health care through the CMO team by driving execution of clinical and enterprise strategic initiatives.
This role translates priorities into structured plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
This role partners closely with clinical operations, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with strategic goals, and implemented effectively.
Success in this role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of behavioral health care operations, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
This position is a key support to driving the mission of LifeStance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field
4–7 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, consulting, or related roles
Excellent project planning, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through implementation
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to influence without direct authority
