Digital / Performance Marketing Manager

Swoon is a specialized insurance and business services provider focusing on the fitness, wellness, and gym industries. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to manage in-house ad agency services, focusing on campaign strategy, execution, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Bring outsourced ad agency services in-house
• Drive campaign decisions and strategy
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance

Requirements:

• Hands on tactical campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and analytics experience end-to-end specifically for Google, Meta, and SEO campaigns
• Must have the ability to work autonomously, drive campaign decisions and strategy, act as the SME for paid, earned, and organic channels
• Extensive Google & Meta paid media campaign experience
• Expertise within SEO (earned and organic)
• Ability to analyze - experience using analytics to drive ROI / optimize campaigns to improve performance
• Media spend management (experienced managing media budgets around $10K/month or higher)
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Media coming from an agency or in-house environment
• Experience marketing within B2B or B2C organizations focused on lead generation and customer acquisition
• Proficient in a mix of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Keyword Planner, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Zapier or similar
• CRM/email campaign management (HubSpot)
• web content and site management - a plus!
