AI Research Advisor

Notch is a seed-stage AdTech startup aiming to democratize access to AI-powered advertising solutions. As an AI Research Advisor, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's AI and data strategy, developing innovative AI systems, and leading a team of AI professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of novel AI systems for (1) Ads performance prediction and (2) Ads creative generation. This includes training our own multi-modal (text + image/video) ads performance prediction model (ref), fine-tuning LLMs / Diffusion for on-brand & high-quality creatives (ref), and training a novel transformers based ads layout generation model (ref)
• Lead the formulation and execution of our AI strategy, including how to collect & annotate data, which areas to invest in, and how to sequence efforts to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
• Play a key role in assembling and guiding a team of top-tier AI talent
