Logic20/20, Inc. is a rapidly expanding company known for its collaborative and supportive work environment. They are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Energy & Utility industry by building relationships and closing deals with senior decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Open doors
- Close deals
- Build a book of business in one of the most consequential industries of the next decade
- You'll prospect relentlessly, partner with our practice leaders to shape winning pursuits, and convert executive relationships — from director-level program owners to VPs and the C-suite — into long-term client engagements
- You'll also work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Microsoft alliance team to co-sell into joint accounts, surface new opportunities through Microsoft field relationships, and position Logic20/20 as the go-to consulting partner for utilities running on the Microsoft stack
- Every deal you bring in directly shapes the trajectory of our utilities practice — and your career
Requirements:
- A hunter's mindset, proven over 8+ years. Cold calls, conferences, networks, creative outbound — you do the work others avoid, and you have the closed-won list to prove it. You thrive in team-selling environments and know how to bring practice leaders and SME's into the room at exactly the right moment
- A network that spans the buying committee. You're trusted by decision-makers at utilities and adjacent enterprises — and you know that real deals get done with directors and VPs who own the budget, not just the executives who sign the contract
- Deep Energy & Utilities fluency. You've sold professional services or management consulting into this sector and you understand its unique pressures: regulatory complexity, grid modernization, and customer experience transformation
- A learner's edge. You stay sharp on emerging tech — AI, cloud, data platforms — and translate it into business outcomes clients actually care about
- Hyperscaler partnership savvy. Bonus points if you've co-sold with Microsoft field teams, navigated partner programs, and know how to turn an alliance into pipeline. If you haven't, you're hungry to learn — fast
