Product Designer (Remote)

Troopr Labs is a company focused on creating an AI-powered conversational platform for enhancing employee experiences. They are seeking a Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences, particularly for chatbot solutions, while collaborating with various stakeholders and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep understanding of Troopr’s product and how it solves customer pain points
• Analyze and document all possible user workflows
• Organize the product's information and features in a logical and intuitive manner
• Create user experiences that simplifies complex workflows into intuitive and efficient interactions
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that visualize and communicate design concepts
• Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all aspects of the product
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products
• Lead and mentor junior designers
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for design team members

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of professional B2B SaaS product design experience
• Worked on designing complex technical software products
• High levels of proficiency in using Figma for designing, prototyping and engineering handoff
