Salesforce Business Analyst (Senior Level)

NetGO is a minority-owned Virginia-based business specializing in IT infrastructure management for public and commercial sectors. They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support a Federal Government client in digital transformation and modernization programs, focusing on integrating and implementing the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various techniques to gather, track, and analyze the requirements
• Participate in client meetings and client stakeholders as well as internal meetings
• Provide functional support to developers and the QA team
• Author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation of all aspects of the systems in question, including business requirements and use cases
• Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on work as a Business Analyst with at least three (3) years of SALESFORCE experience and integrated tools/platforms automation
• Self-starter with experience working independently with a proactive working style
• Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge
• A critical thinker with an appreciation for simple high-quality solutions
