Senior Product Manager

ZoomInfo is a company dedicated to modernizing go-to-market strategies through real-time data and insights. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-native products that transform how sales, marketing, and customer success teams engage with their audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Own the AI Product Lifecycle:Drive AI-native products from ideation through launch and iteration, leveraging generative AI, autonomous agents, and LLMs
• Set Vision and Roadmap:Define a compelling vision for how AI agents will reshape GTM workflows and translate it into a strategic, aligned roadmap
• Engage Customers:Partner with sales, marketing, and CS users to identify where AI-driven automation delivers the most value
• Measure What Matters:Define and track AI-centric metrics—agent task completion, model accuracy, automation rates—and turn insights into action using tools like Amplitude and Tableau
• Champion the User:Ensure AI capabilities solve real user problems, not just showcase technical possibilities
• Lead Cross-Functionally:Rally engineers, AI/ML specialists, designers, and GTM teams to ship intelligent, best-in-class experiences
• Align Stakeholders:Communicate AI product strategy clearly and compellingly to executives and cross-functional partners through regular written updates
