Communications Specialist

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Communications Specialist to manage communications activities and collaborate with various teams. The role involves formulating communications plans, developing strategies, and producing communication materials to support public health initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Directing the work of a team to manage communications activities end to end
• Collaborating across functional teams to implement system or process-based solutions
• Formulate communications plans and activities to support our client's initiatives
• Develop, implement, and communicate strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication materials and media
• Design, develop, produce, and advise on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports public health data exchange and modernization
• Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
• Navigate evolving company communication processes
• Establish best practice guidelines for communication and engagement
• Shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to develop roll out strategies, focus groups, pilots, technology adoption campaigns, and other effective communication methods to meet program goals
