UX/UI Designer

Manifold Labs is a pioneering AI company based in Austin, Texas, focused on decentralized AI innovation. They are seeking a highly creative UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences and lead the design of their products in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and user experience strategy for all Manifold Labs products, driving innovation and quality across all platforms
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design language and system that aligns with the brand's vision, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience
• Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership teams to understand needs, address challenges, and align on solutions
• Leverage user behavior data and research to design experiences that delight clients and solve real-world problems
• Create and iterate on sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for user testing and implementation
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing designs, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and iteration
• Partner with leadership to evolve and maintain a robust design system that adheres to brand guidelines
• Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative tools and services that elevate the user experience
