Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Clinical Device Management (CDM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join a fully remote project. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on ServiceNow development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate technical experience during client interviews.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Clinical Device Management (CDM). (Required)
• Hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). (Required)
• Strong experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Expertise with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, ITSM, Workflows, and ACLs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain project experience and technical contributions during interviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications related to SPM or platform development are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement and enhance Clinical Device Management (CDM) capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
• Build custom workflows, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Develop scalable and maintainable ServiceNow applications following platform best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards.
