Solution Architect with hands-on experience who can manage an offshore team as well and guide all with a technical solution with Azure AI, Azure ADO, Azure Foundry, Azure DevOps.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in Software Architecture with 5+ years on Azure
• Hands-on with Azure AI Stack: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search
• Azure DevOps Expert: Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts, Test Plans, Environments, Service Connections
• Cloud Engineering: AKS, Docker, Terraform/Bicep, ARM, Networking, IAM, Monitoring
• Programming: Python, .NET, or Node.js. Comfortable writing code, Dockerfiles, and pipeline YAML
• Team Leadership: Proven experience managing offshore/onshore teams. Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF/SAFe/Archimate exposure preferred
