Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of environmental projects, including planning, site investigations, data evaluation, remedy selection and design, remedial action, operations and maintenance, long-term monitoring, and project closeout for CERCLA, RCRA, MMRP, PFAS, HTRW, and other environmental restoration programs.
Serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing contract compliance, maintaining client relationships, managing project communications, and ensuring timely deliverables, and invoices.
Lead project planning and execution by managing scopes of work, schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and project financial performance to ensure safe, high-quality, and profitable delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project managers, scientists, geologists, engineers, and field technicians, promoting technical excellence, professional development, and high-quality project execution.
Prepare, review, and provide technical quality assurance for a wide range of federal environmental restoration deliverables, including decision documents, investigation reports, remedial planning documents, conceptual site models, monitoring reports, work plans, and quality assurance plans.
Contribute to proposal development, including technical approaches, work plans, scopes, cost estimating, and responses to federal and commercial solicitations.
Collaborate with corporate safety and quality personnel to ensure adherence to applicable health, safety, and quality requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in managing multiple projects to successful completion.
Must have strong prior technical experience with one or more of the following: Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW), per
and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination, other emerging contaminants, environmental compliance and/or Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) for Department of Defense (DoD) clients, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA, or Superfund) project management for the EPA, or similar environmental restoration program support for other federal agencies.
Experience leading proposal/capture efforts for federal agencies.
Strong working relationship with federal clients and/or agencies preferred.
Self-driven with ability to self-manage, take direction, and proactively run with tasks, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills and ability to plan and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clear and satisfactory driving record.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain clearance to access military bases and other federal government installations to perform job duties.
